DC AG sues Fort Myer Corporation over polluting city waterways, including Anacostia

A decade of pollution in D.C. waterways has had an impact on residents and the environment, and the city's Office of the Attorney General filed a civil lawsuit against Fort Myer Construction Corporation for repeated violations of the District’s Water Pollution Control Act.
